Diamonds-Desire

   Russell had been sticking around the office a little longer than he usually did. Some days he'd take off early, and he'd especially do so on a special day like his birthday; however, he was waiting around in the hopes that Imara would reach out to him. When she did, Russell couldn't have been more excited in that moment. He bolted out of his office and went straight for the sector that housed only her, with strict access that so very few people had in the first place. "Imri!" Russell greeted her happily, even though they were still separated by a thick glass wall, "Gosh! I'm so glad you messaged me! I was really hoping you'd wanna see me today." While most others would hold caution, Russell wasn't afraid to get into the cell with his old friend. He had his own reasons for it, but mostly he trusted Imara. So, he inputted the correct codes and stepped inside to join her and hopefully even get a hug.

Russell had been deep inside the house, but the second he heard his husband come home he was bolting for the door. "Randall!" He said excitedly, greeting him with a bright smile and his long curls all over the place from him running through the house. "Do you need help with any of that?" Russell was already offering his hands, strolling over to at least get up on his toes to kiss his husband's cheek. "How was your day? We haven't had much of a chance to talk today! Gotta say I've been missin' you, almost started writing songs about it." Russell laughed, quickly pushing back some of his dark curls.
